formation,falseprimingandhomology,internalstability,compositionand
physicalproperties.WithOligoyoucananalyzeopenreadingframesdownto
predictedmolecularweightandpKaofproteins,andsearchforrestriction
enzymesites,notonlyinDNAbutalsoinreverse-translatedproteins.
Thefirstversionofthesoftwareappearedonthemarketin1989.Itwent
throughseveralmodifications,andthelastone,thechangefromversion6
